Refunds and Returns Policy
At Tee Titan, we want you to love your hat as much as we loved creating it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re committed to making it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping.
International Returns
- Accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email info@tee-titan.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once received, we’ll process the refund or exchange promptly.
